One thing in video production that we must never forget is that, and it’s a cliche I know, but people buy from people.

So, for example, and this is going to sound crazy but if you are in business would somebody ring you up and ask to speak to your new laser cutting machine, for example?

Well, of course they wouldn’t.

What people ring up for is a solution to their problem. If we want to create some video around that machine, that’s great, It’s got some value of course.

But we’re not the only people in the world that’s got one. However, we are the only people in the world that’s got our experience and our expertise. And that’s why humanising a brand and showing why we’re uniquely positioned to solve customer problems is the way to go.
